Rainbows, Pixie Dust, and Unicorns

I thought for a change I would write on a lighthearted subject. So, I decided to discuss mythical creatures—unicorns, trolls, fairies, and the like.

You see, I have become so concerned about retaining readers that I will now say anything to accomplish that objective, no matter the cost. I will compromise my convictions so that you will keep reading my blog.

Yeah, if you didn’t already guess, I’m kidding. I don’t even believe in unicorns, so why would I bother talking about them?

Ha.

Okay. In all seriousness, if these were times of peace, maybe I could afford to put things a little nicer. But unlike so many others, I realize that these times do not allow us the luxury of preaching cute sermons and posting memes with Christian clichés. You can bet you won’t catch me talking about unicorns when there is a “red sky in the morning”—like there is now.

Unicorn-speak can be fatal when a nation is about to enter the judgment of the Most High God. The Godly leader will preach repentance, not entertainment, in such a circumstance.

So, if your pastor keeps you comfortable and appeases the flesh just to keep you in the pew, you need to leave that church because you will not hear the truth when it is most needed. They will fail you in times of trial. They will go along to get along instead of resisting the ungodly system. They will be the ones who follow the crowd instead of leading the crowd to Christ.

Let me give you a perfect example of such persons. I have heard several high-profile “Christian” leaders lately say something along these lines, “Vote for whoever you want,” or, “Christians have the freedom of conscience to vote however they want,” or, “It doesn’t matter who you vote for, just as long as you make your voice heard.”

That is absolute heresy. Not only that, but that is the sign of a weak man. That is the sign of a man controlled by the fear of man rather than the fear of the Lord.

Perhaps Jesus was speaking to weak men such as these when he said, “And he who does not take his cross and follow after Me is not worthy of Me. He who finds his life will lose it” (Matthew 10:38-39a).

Let me now address the weak men (and women) who call themselves leaders of the Church. Apparently, all those 30, 40, 50, 70 years of studying Scripture were all for naught. If you cannot understand, teach, or live by even the simplest of biblical principles—for example, “fear the Lord and depart from evil” (Proverbs 3:7)—then what good are you to the cause of Christ?

Apparently, you believe the Bible approves of evil. Obviously, you must think it is just a suggestion when the Word says, “Test all things; hold fast what is good. Abstain from every form of evil” (1 Thessalonians 5:21, my emphasis). Somehow, you must believe the heretical doctrine that the cross of Christ gives us the liberty and license to intentionally sin.

You must recognize that these policies of appeasement by which you are operating will not save you or your ministry from persecution if the Democrats win on election day. No matter how much you pander to the left, you are still a mere expendable puppet that they are manipulating to maneuver themselves into power. As soon as you have done their dirty work for them, they plan to remove you along with all other Christian influence in this country.

Sure, you abide by all the rules of man, and you hold your tongue on politics so that you can hold on to your 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status, but for what? So you can feed more children? Ha. That is absolute poppycock. You won’t even bother to protect children from being slaughtered in the womb, which means you don’t truly care about children. You only feign care, or you only care when it is convenient. God does not want us to adhere to righteous standards only when it is convenient. He requires that we stand for Christ and for righteousness even if it means being burned at the stake.

You must also realize that your practices will not protect you from the wrath of God against those of His shepherds who fail to protect His flock, who falsely speak, and who whitewash sin rather than warn of impending judgment. Don’t believe me? Here is what the Lord says in response to your unbelief:

“‘Therefore this is what the Sovereign Lord says: Because of your false words and lying visions, I am against you, declares the Sovereign Lord. My hand will be against the prophets who see false visions and utter lying divinations. They will not belong to the council of my people or be listed in the records of Israel, nor will they enter the land of Israel. Then you will know that I am the Sovereign Lord.

“‘Because they lead my people astray, saying, “Peace,” when there is no peace, and because, when a flimsy wall is built, they cover it with whitewash, therefore tell those who cover it with whitewash that it is going to fall. Rain will come in torrents, and I will send hailstones hurtling down, and violent winds will burst forth. When the wall collapses, will people not ask you, “Where is the whitewash you covered it with?”

“‘Therefore this is what the Sovereign Lord says: In my wrath I will unleash a violent wind, and in my anger hailstones and torrents of rain will fall with destructive fury. I will tear down the wall you have covered with whitewash and will level it to the ground so that its foundation will be laid bare. When it falls, you will be destroyed in it; and you will know that I am the Lord. So I will pour out my wrath against the wall and against those who covered it with whitewash. I will say to you, “The wall is gone and so are those who whitewashed it, those prophets of Israel who prophesied to Jerusalem and saw visions of peace for her when there was no peace, declares the Sovereign Lord”’ (Ezekiel 13:6-18).

Maybe you think such disaster cannot come upon the derelict Christian minister. Well, if you want to flirt with the the fires of hell, that is your prerogative. But if I were you, I would not want to take that chance, not for anything.

Something tells me I’m still not getting through to you, and I think I know the reason why.

“Why do you not understand My speech? Because you are not able to listen to My word. You are of your father the devil, and the desires of your father you want to do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own resources, for he is a liar and the father of it. But because I tell the truth, you do not believe Me” (John 8:43-45).

Aha! That’s right, you are of your father the devil. Do not be fooled: your deadly doctrines will do you no good on the Day of judgment. Yes, for there are record books in Heaven that supersede all earthly record books. Your IRS tax records may be clean, but your heavenly records are stained with the blood of the innocent.

You had better hope and pray that the Blood of Jesus is strong enough to wipe those stains away. You had better “seek the Lord while He may be found” (Isaiah 55:6), for “if we sin willfully after we have received the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins, but a certain fearful expectation of judgment, and fiery indignation which will devour the adversaries” (Hebrews 10:26-27). Bone-shivering scary, huh?

Oh, but we’re not quite done yet.

Jesus once said of you, “All too well you reject the commandment of God, that you may keep your tradition” (Mark 7:9) Indeed, for you reject the simplest of all commandments, “Love your neighbor as yourself” (Matthew 22:39), just to keep your tradition of staying silent on political issues.

You cannot truly believe it is appropriate for a Christian to vote for whoever they want if you also believe in the immutable truth of this commandment. I honestly cannot believe that you think it is decent and loving for Christians to cast their vote in approval of murdering the unborn, who are the most defenseless of all our neighbors and deserve to be loved and protected just as much if not more than our born neighbors.

Jesus spoke of you again when he remarked to His disciples, “Let them alone. They are blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind leads the blind, both will fall into a ditch” (Matthew 15:14).

Well, I guess I’m not following Jesus’ advice too well this time because I can’t seem to leave you alone. I am compelled to try and reach you for the sake of the love I have for my blind brethren who are following you down into the ditch. At the very least, I must warn my brothers and sisters of the false teachers who are lying in wait to devour their souls.

My friends, I cannot begin to tell you just how much this makes me angry. I cannot begin to tell you how much this grieves me. I cannot begin to explain just how wrong it is for them to behave with such negligence toward the calling of God.

You see, I know what such preaching is doing, and what it is not. It is deceiving many, and it is not winning souls.

We are warned of such preachers in second Timothy, “But evil men and impostors will grow worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived” (2 Tim. 3:13). So, do not expect these impostors to turn around. In fact, expect them to grow worse, and they will bring many down with them.

Therefore, you must ascertain whether your leaders are true men and women of God, or if they are mere hirelings who will run from their posts at the slightest sight of battle. If they will not publicly endorse President Trump, that is a major clue that they are unfit to lead you and your family. If they cannot stand with this man who stands with God, don’t think they will be able to resist turning you over to a communist regime.

Trump, President, Usa, America, Flag, Union Jack

These leaders might be deceived, “But you, brethren, are not in darkness, so that this Day should overtake you as a thief. You are all sons of light and sons of the day. We are not of the night nor of darkness. Therefore let us not sleep, as others do, but let us watch and be sober” (1 Thessalonians 5:4-6).

I have all the confidence in God that you will not be led astray by false shepherds, because Jesus said of you, “My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me. And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand. My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of My Father’s hand” (John 10:27-29, my bolding).

No one is able to snatch you out of the Father’s hand.

Always listening for His voice,

Morgan

P.S. To make your voice heard for truth, justice, and righteousness at the polls, you must be registered to vote. Registration windows have closed already in some states, but some allow voter registration even on the day of the election, November 3rd. Click here to find out how to register in your state. You will also need to go here to find out how to vote Republican. If you need help in figuring out who to vote for in local and state elections, click here to get your personalized voter guide. Do your research, and don’t forget how important school board elections are for this nation’s future and your children’s future!

And perhaps most importantly, VOTE IN-PERSON.

Do not be afraid, but in wisdom and prudence, you should consider making a few practical preparations for the week of the election. For example, stocking up with enough food, water, and other essentials (e.g. medicines) for a week or two. Let Holy Spirit guide you on what to do and what not to do. The Lord bless you and keep you, always!

Come what may, we must obey!

STOP! Don’t share this post on social media! If you are afraid of cancel culture and Big Tech censorship, then do NOT share this post. Because they will go after you for sharing this kind of material, a.k.a. the Truth. (Just like they are doing to evangelist Mario Murillo.) Don’t for a second believe they won’t. Sharing is not for the faint of heart. BUT GO DO IT ANYWAY!
